The chairs are of excellent quality. The craftsmanship and detail is just lovely. I am sure we will enjoy them for many years to come. The customer service was exceptional. I will definitely use this store again as the need arises!

I wouldn’t recommend this seller to anyone. When placing my order I requested a darker finish but there was zero communication from the seller. Even after I messaged several times and even contacted via email. The only communication I had was when the items were delayed and I requested a refund. The stools are incorrectly described as they state 70cm in description when in fact they are 75cm. This means they don’t fit my purpose. I will need to find someone to chop them which will cost me money. The items arrived late and one was covered in mould which is disgusting. I wish I had looked at other reviews as another buyer had the same experience. I would honestly not recommend.

Hi Uns We believe your review is not so true, and deceptive. You got a total of 7 items from us, 3 of which you are happy with, and the other 4, a set of stools, is your problem. Your order was not with a custom color, but a standard one and that is exactly what we shipped. To order a custom finish, you will need to reach us before placing order, then we treat as a custom order, and not by ordering a standard and assuming that you have placed a custom order because you later inboxed us. With height measurement, we do not say our handmade items have digital precision, we publicly state on our page, there could be tolerance of a few cms, which in my opinion a 3cm extra height as we stated is not in the worst of handmade furniture tolerances. You mention 75cm height, from your picture we see 73cm

My floating headboard came in perfect shape. It was much lighter than I expected which made for easy mounting. It is absolutely gorgeous and just like the photo

This item arrived undamaged. It looks beautiful however the wood is a bit lower quality than the picture, with some discoloration. It should also be noted that the frame is regular wood not the same color or texture as the inner bamboo part. If this product were half the price I wouldn't complain, but for $400 I expect the same quality and color match as the picture.
