We've created brackets to position the basket pendants along an outdoor string of lights for a gorgeous hanging feature for gardens, patios, trees and, well.. anywhere you can hang them!
Note: The bamboo baskets are untreated and natural - if they will be exposed to rain and harsh elements for a long time we advise to spray/coat with a protective layer of wood seal or something similar, else over time the shade may darken.

○ Lamp baskets will be folded/flattened for easier delivery but this has no effect on their shape or strength due to the unique design - simply filling out and 'pumping' a few times like an accordian will restore the original oblong shape - see instructions in package.
Our lamps are packed with loving care and sent from Northern Thailand via tracked airmail which should reach you in around 12-21 days standard airmail (US, UK, EU, AUS, ASIA), or 5-7 days via Express.

Shipping times vary but the typical shipping time to most places is between 10 and 20 days for standard delivery and 3 to 5 days for express delivery.
Occasionally customs hold ups, weather issues or holidays etc. may cause a small delay but generally 99% of orders arrive within that time frame.

Unfortunately it often costs us double to receive a shipment back as we pay for the return shipping of unclaimed items as well as initial shipping :/ so please be sure to keep an eye on your tracking details to make sure any delivery or pick up goes smoothly before an item is returned to sender.
