Once your order has been processed to ship we are not able to cancel your order and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted if you choose to proceed with a return. If you choose to cancel your order before it ships you will be issued a full refund. After 1-3 business days from when you placed the order your tracking will be sent via the email provided. Please check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive it within that time frame. Most orders ship via Fedex and arrive in 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Certain manufacturers may vary depending on product availability. Please note that the date provided for back ordered items is subject to change and you are charged at the time of purchase to secure your item. If you decide to cancel a backorder please contact us before the item ships and you will be refunded in full. Call or email us with your order details so we can provide a more accurate approximation for the arrival of your order.We process your order as quickly as possible, so if you need to make an adjustment or cancel your order, send a request to info@ right away. Note that sending an email does not mean that your adjustment of cancellation is guaranteed to be processed.
